1. Controller

2. Visiting the website

The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Each visit involves processing technical data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the requested page and browser information. This data is necessary to display the site and keep it secure (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Images and content are loaded from the Sanity CDN, so your IP address is also processed when they are retrieved. Fonts are hosted on our own site and are not loaded from Google Fonts.

3. Enquiry form

If you submit an enquiry, we process the data you enter: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), project location (optional) and project description. We use it to handle your enquiry, communicate with you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: your consent given by ticking the box before sending (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the data only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and as required by law. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

The form is protected against abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile and further technical measures (a hidden field and a check of the submission time). Technical data from your browser may be processed for this purpose (legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse).

4. Recipients and processors

Service providers process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and form protection), Resend (delivery of enquiries by e-mail), Sanity (management and delivery of site content) and the provider of our e-mail mailbox. They have access to the data only to the extent necessary to provide their service. We do not pass data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are based in the USA or process data there (for example, Resend stores data in the USA). Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

6. Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare's security infrastructure may use technically necessary data or browser storage, solely to verify that a request comes from a human and to protect the site. Such technically necessary processing does not require consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
